Kseniia’s dedication to Pilates is obvious from the outset. She has a detailed and thorough knowledge and the equipment is second to none in Sydney. She is genuinely dedicated and beloved Pilates can help identify imbalances in the body’s composition and to help understand the mind-body connection. Honestly I think her approach to group classes is correct-one cannot really learn Pilates in large groups. I’d also suggest that body builders would get a lot out of Pilates too based on my small session with Kseniia. If you aren’t focusing on the right muscles during your workout then you won’t be able to build a balanced physique. Give her a try!
