What to expect in Class

Controlled movements under careful guidance

The initial counselling and body scan is followed by purifying breathing. Your attention is brought inward to help eliminate the stream of jumbled thoughts that may be crowding your mind and causing stress. This process may result in enhanced physical and emotional well-being.

Depending on the day we may use different techniques that have meditation components. They are guided, mindfulness or mantra meditation, Qi gong or dynamic meditation that combines meditation, relaxation, physical movement and breathing exercises to restore and maintain balance. The class concludes with self-reading and reflection.

Initial Assessment

For each new member, we conduct a full body assessment to determine the imbalances, mobility issues and find the ultimate cause of body pain and mental issues.

This process allows us to understand the client’s needs and find the best approach to structure a program that generates positive results.
