Aromatherapy​ Session

Release physical and emotional stress

It is 2 hour session where a practitioner uses essential oils for therapeutic benefit. Aromatherapy has been used for centuries. When inhaled, the scent molecules in essential oils travel from the olfactory nerves directly to the brain, particularly the amygdala, the emotional centre of the brain.

First, we find what physical or emotional stress should be released via brief counselling, muscle monitoring or special essential oil cards. While you are preparing for the massage the practitioner creates a blend. It’s followed by a gentle massage. This is to work not just through your body, but on an energetic level as well.
